刘奎，男，1984年4月出生，青岛大学副教授，硕士研究生导师，主要研究领域：解析数论、概率数论。
教育经历：
l 2001年9月-2005年7月山东师范大学传播学院教育技术系，获理学学士学位；
l 2005年9月-2008年7月山东师范大学数学与科学学院，基础数学专业，获理学硕士学位；
l 2008年7月-2012年9月山东大学数学学院，基础数学专业，数论方向，获理学博士学位。
工作经历：
l 2012年9月至2018年10月，青岛大学数学与统计学院，讲师；
l 2018年11月至今，青岛大学数学与统计学院，副教授。
访学进修：
l 2010年10月-2011年10月，美国爱荷华大学（UI)访问学者。
l 2015年11月-2016年12月，澳大利亚新南威尔士大学（UNSW），国家公派博士后。
l 2023年1月-2023年8月，法国国家科研中心（CNRS）-巴黎东大学（UPEC），访问学者。
