刘奎，男，1984年4月出生，青岛大学讲师

2001年9月-2005年7月山东师范大学传播学院教育技术系，获理学学士学位。
2005年9月-2008年7月山东师范大学数学与科学学院，基础数学专业，获理学硕士学位。
2008年7月-2012年9月山东大学数学学院，基础数学专业，数论方向，获理学博士学位。
工作经历：
2012年7月至今，青岛大学数学与统计学院，讲师。
