海进科，男，1964年4月出生，青岛大学教授、硕士研究生导师，青岛大学特聘教授。《美国数学评论》评论员。
学习经历：
1982年9月—1986年7月, 中南民族大学数学系学习；
1988年9月—1991年7月，曲阜师范大学数学系基础数学专业攻读硕士学位；
1998年9月—2001年6月，武汉大学数学与统计学院基础数学专业攻读博士学位；
2004年3月—2006年3月，山东大学数学学院做博士后。
工作经历：
1986年7月—1988年9月，山东省菏泽地委党校工作；
1991年7月—1998年9月，石油大学数学系工作；
2001年6月—至今， 青岛大学数学学院工作。
特聘教授：
2006年青岛大学特聘教授（第五层次）；
2007年青岛大学特聘教授（第五层次）；
2008年青岛大学特聘教授（第四层次）；
2012年青岛大学特聘教授（第四层次）；
