于洋，理学博士，青岛大学数学与统计学院副教授，硕士生导师，主要研究领域：(1)计算机图形学和数字图像处理技术；(2)机器学习、强化学习等人工智能技术；(3)博弈论和集群控制。曾参与军科委国防科技创新特区项目一项并担任子项目负责人，现主持山东省自然科学青年基金一项，参与国家级面上项目两项，在《Neural Computing and Applications》、《Biomedical Signal Processing and Control》、《Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Physics》等重要SCI期刊上发表论文9篇。
